Class Evaluation
The things that I liked about this class was the music, it seemed amusing to me. I also didn’t mind reflecting on the student success statements, they allowed me to sort of clear my mind. I loved how in the student success statements there would sometimes be a bible verse. The bible verses that were used were very nice, I think those were my favorite ones to reflect on.
There wasn’t anything in this class I disliked, I really enjoyed the class overall. The only thing I would like to be different is the daily routine. Having the same routine sort of didn’t surprise me anymore.
I have no recommendations for this class at the moment.
A highlight for me in this class was when we had worked on the google sheets. It was something different and something I enjoyed in my seventh grade computer class years ago. Another one would also be our CTR project that we have right now, it is also a different thing. These different assignments caught my attention and I enjoy doing something different.
I tried my best in this class, although sometimes I would be exhausted from the day before or even from PE. There were days I was absent and I knew I couldn’t make them up in a way that still wouldn’t let me fall behind. But I honestly tried hard to get the best grade. I also love to reflect on things, and sometimes I may run on and continue for a long time(like I am now :-p). But it allows me to do my work and relieve myself of stress sometimes.
I do read my Life Planning Goals Journal, although there are times that I don't have time to write. In order to keep in check with my goals, I write as many goals as I can to make up for the next day. I don’t know if this fully counts, but this method allowed me to catch up in a sense. I have recently accomplished over 15 goals which makes me happy.
I try to be a CTR person, but a CTR person is a person who cannot make mistakes. I know I make a lot of mistakes, and Choosing The Right would change me as a person. I’m not perfect, but I try to be a better person in general. Making the better choices, doing my work, and my actions. I know I will always try to be a better person, it's my goal.

“When you tell one lie, it leads to another”
-Paul Hatch
Paul Hatch’s quote or lyric is saying that once an individual lies they will continue. As when the person tells a lie, they can’t easily avoid saying other lies. With this, all your lies begin to pile up to the point where a person may no longer be believed.  This reminds me of “The Boy Who Cried Wolf”, as the boy continues to tell lies. This causes the people to no longer believe him of his claims of there being a wolf by the sheep. This is because even if you were to finally tell the truth, no one would believe you anymore. So it's best to tell the truth than to ever tell a lie. This will help you and others to always say the truth, as I try to everyday.

The Sting of a Scorpion

The boy, Patrick Kearon, disobeyed his mother and father. He had faced the consequences from this, as he was stung by a scorpion in the desert. In the end of his telling, he understands the consequences of his actions. Kearon had put on flip flops instead of shoes as his parents had instructed him to. Being in the Arabian Peninsula, it was more likely for him to encounter a snake or scorpion. Taking his flip flops, he was stung by a scorpion and had started to feel excruciating pain on his leg. After calling his mother and father, they rushed him to the nearest hospital which was 2 hours away. After this incident, Patrick Kearon understood why that had happened to him. It was a consequence from his disobedience, which he knew he could’ve avoided if he was to listen.
Right
“Always do right.”
 -Mark Twain

You must always choose the right. This quote is the basics of CTR! As Mark Twain’s short quote is simple to understand. It is a straightforward, brief quote. I know that not all people can just simply do right all the time. Some people make mistakes and that is okay, you can learn from them. Although it is best to avoid as many mistakes as possible, and this will help. The best thing for you to do is to help yourself by doing what is right.

In Bad Company
“It's better to be alone than to be in bad company”
                                                                    -Unknown

It's best to be alone doing your work than to be distracted by others. You may feel lonely, but this would also benefit you. You would be helping YOURSELF by getting all your assignments finished. Before I hardly talked to others, allowing me to do my work. But now I am distracted alot by my friends and fellow band members. It's okay though, it's not their fault, I allow myself to get distracted. So it's best to kind of love your alone time, you allow yourself to think freely about certain things. It may also seem selfish, but you should come first among others. As many people will not always be there for you, but you will! Getting good grades and becoming someone in life is better than having temporary friends or “friends”.
“World War Ⅱ”
World War Ⅱ was fought between two groups, as one side was the Axis Powers(Germany, Italy, and Japan). The other side was known to be the Allies(Britain, France, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, India, the Soviet Union, and the US).
This war took place all over the world, including Europe, East Asia, and the Pacific Ocean. There was also some other locations where the war continued, these locations were in the Aleutian Islands, Madagascar, and South America. During the  war, many events had occurred.
As when Germany invaded Poland, Hitler had invaded Poland in the September of 1939. France and Britain had then declared war on Germany, but France fell in June 1940. As Germany attacked France after conquering Poland. This event had initiated World War Ⅱ in Europe. As in the April of 1945, the German leader, Hitler, commits suicide. This event soon leads Germany to surrender to the western Allies on May 7th, 1945.
We can honor and show respect for WWⅡ veterans by:

  • Thanking them for their service
  • Deliver a meal to veteran
  • Offer to pay for their meal

Challenges Teens Face Today

Teens deal with many challenges throughout their high school years. As many face the peer pressure of taking drugs, drinking alcohol, and being in a group that is a bad influence. Some teens may also face challenges like:
  • Relationships
  • Cyber-bullying
  • Video games (distractions)
  • Depression
  • Abuse
  • Bullying at school
  • Disabilities
  • Academic struggles
  • Low-self esteem
As these challenges are hard to face, some teens eventually give up. There are some cases when one is bullied they then later have suicidal thoughts and begin hurting themselves. Although there are also many health involved challenges one can face. This can involve your stability mentally and physically.
Today I face distractions and academic struggles. Although I don't have a hard time on any subject in confusion, I just have been absent those days of class. This causes me to not have the full lesson like other students. I also struggle to have time in order to make up work. This is also because I can’t make up the work as easier as other students. As for my distractions, it comes to my phone and how much I use it instead of doing work. I need to keep track of my work more than anything else. So I have been making time for my work more than my own phone.
Being a CTR person helps an individual overcome these challenges by setting priorities. Setting your own priorities will allow you to be organized, making it easier for you to do your work. As other times it's best to also do your school-work first than to be on social media. Being a CTR person would also allow you to comprehend what is better for you, as well as others.
I would be there for those facing challenges. If they were to need help, I would do my best to make what they struggle with easier. I know I may be limited, but I will do the best of my ability to help those who need anything. I will always be there if anyone needs me.
The greatest need a teen has would be to have someone there. It wouldn’t have to be a whole group of “friends”, it can only be at least one person. Many people today may only have that one person, and he/or she is there to help. But, it allows us teenagers to understand that we’re not alone. As there are times a teen feels that way, unless that ONE person tells you otherwise.

Physical Fitness
“Physical fitness is not only one of the most important keys to a health body, it is the basis of dynamic and creative intellectual activity. Intelligence and skill can only function at the peak of their capacity when the body is healthy and strong.”
                                           - President John F. Kennedy

President John F. Kennedy is stating that not only is it good to stay in a healthy shape, but it is needed. As it allows your body to work at the best it can! I never truly expected Kennedy to state such a thing. But it makes sense, as it is the truth. If one was not healthy and weak, then they wouldn’t be capable of working as hard as they would want to. It allows you to understand how you must care for yourself, as you can be healthy and strong. As you can be very energetic and use your brain to your best ability, this would be because you would be in a good shape. It's best to take care of yourself physically so you can take care of yourself overall.

Health sciences librarian assist in finding medical documents. As this pertains to clinical trials, medical treatments or procedures. The medical librarian is to provide any pertinent information that is relevant and needed in the situation. These types of librarians use reference and database in order to research for any medical information. As they can work in medical school libraries, corporations, non-profit organizations, or government agencies.

Demand or Need for this profession:
From the period  of 2014-2024 it is seen that the employment rate would grow by 2%. As the retirement of older librarians would give opportunities and allow improvement.
Reflection: Do you think you would like to be one? Why? Why not?
No I would not like to be one, as this job does not suit me. I wouldn't like to only provide information needed for others. I find that I myself can do more than be a medical librarian. I would like to help others and do other things. I also wouldn’t be able to sit still at all. So there’s the downside to me and this occupation. As it wouldn’t be suited for me either.
